In the Fall of 2005, a task force was formed to design a mediation process for Criminal Court. Just as the Project currently operates in the in the Jefferson County Civil District Court, this program coordinates volunteer mediators with each participating Judge's docket.

V. Michelle Obradovic, Esq., is the Director of the Project.
