Criminal Court In the Fall of 2005, a task
force was formed to design a mediation process for Criminal Court. Since then, the Court Mediation Project has
provided mediators for specially selected cases involving violent felonies as
well as for the regularly scheduled specialty dockets of participating Judges. The Mediation Project assisted with over
