Practice Areas V. Michelle Obradovic, Esq. serves as mediator, collaborative counsel, special master and arbitrator in private practice and is the Court Mediator for the 10th Judicial Circuit, Jefferson County, Alabama. She also develops alternative dispute resolution plans for court systems throughout Alabama and designs in-house dispute resolution systems for corporate clients. Since 2001, Michelle has mediated over 2800 commercial cases involving: wills estates and trusts, personal injury, wrongful death, breach of contract, fraud, negligence, products liability, environmental and insurance issues, among many others, including mediation of several hundred complex cases. She has mediated appellate issues, violent and nonviolent criminal cases, tax matters and domestic relations cases for the courts in Alabama, She also mediates internationally in commercial trade and intellectual property disputes. |
